Consideration of customer appeals:
You may schedule an appointment with the management in advance. Information regarding customer reception hours of the Chairman of the Management Board and the member of the Management Board is presented below:
Member of the Management Board:
Each Friday, at 11:00 (issues regarding occurrence of an insured event and relevant payments)
Chairman of the Management Board:
First Thursday of each month, at 11:00 (other issues).
In the event the Client’s appeal requires urgent measures the issue can be considered as a matter of priority.
Appeals of the following persons are being addressed as a matter of priority:
- People with disabilities (1st group)
- People with disabilities associated with the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
- Children with disabilities (with a parent or other legal representative)
- Persons with disabilities associated with the tragedy of 20 January, Karabakh war, as well as military service or military operations
- Soldiers wounded during Second Karabakh War
- Martyr's family members
