Since 2008, Ulviyya Cabbarova has held a range of senior roles at PASHA Insurance, becoming the company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2012. Since 2023, she has also served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association.
A qualified medical doctor, Ms Cabbarova completed executive-leadership programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (USA) and INSEAD (France).
Following a rotation, Ulviyya Cabbarova has been appointed Chair of the Management Board of PASHA Life Insurance OJSC, effective 11 June 2025.
